Being happy is taking yourself into an emotional scale setting. It’s not by saying yes I’m happy because that’s what I’m doing…. you must start off by appreciating small and then work your feelings up to be a bit more positive. If we looked at the whole earth from a telescope we would see there is so much to appreciate, from waterfalls, mountains, grass, trees, animals, children, lakes, oceans, you get my point…. when we take breaks from thinking the world seems at peace and so incredibly built. From all the businesses, homes, skyscrapers, restaurants, all this was created by love for our dreams. Some people use their imagination to create worry and yes life is hard but you have to appreciate the now! Now is all that matters. So start throwing positve habits into the universe for later.
